Her goal is to equip people with new soft skills based on the Possibility Management, which allow establishing a necessary paradigm shift in the context of an organization.

Since then she has been deeply investigating into the topics of communication, conflict management, team building and personal development. The perception of the prevailing labyrinth of pursuit of success, competition and hierarchical pressure blocking the potential of employees and thus of the companies, ignited in her the vision of empowering people and creating organizations in a completely new way. She brings this vision to life in the Edgeworker<\/em> trainings together with Patrizia.

Supporting her clients in these various ways she observed that people are often able to move mountains while at the same time facing the limits of systems. The prevailing corporate culture significantly influences the climate in which people can either grow beyond themselves or stay small. Guided by her vision to enable evolution of human collaboration, it is her wish to empower Edgworkers with<\/em> the tools of Possibility Management so that they can actively create together with their teams the change towards a sustainable future.
