Based on the observation that the classical leadership structures and procedures work less and less, she initiated the <em>Edgeworker<\/em> program together with Nicola. Since then she has been deeply investigating into the topics of communication, conflict management, team building and personal development. The perception of the prevailing labyrinth of pursuit of success, competition and hierarchical pressure blocking the potential of employees and thus of the companies, ignited in her the vision of empowering people and creating organizations in a completely new way. Supporting her clients in these various ways she observed that people are often able to move mountains while at the same time facing the limits of systems. The prevailing corporate culture significantly influences the climate in which people can either grow beyond themselves or stay small. When training today leaders and employees in companies he can sense that something new is needed.
