Possibility Management Trainer…has been accompanying and training managers and employees of well-known companies during change processes for many years. Based on the observation that the classical leadership structures and procedures work less and less, she initiated the Edgeworker program together with Nicola. Her goal is to equip people with new soft skills based on the Possibility Management, which allow establishing a necessary paradigm shift in the context of an organization.
Possibility Management Trainer…worked as project leader and key account manager in well-known companies for 15 years. Since then she has been deeply investigating into the topics of communication, conflict management, team building and personal development. The perception of the prevailing labyrinth of pursuit of success, competition and hierarchical pressure blocking the potential of employees and thus of the companies, ignited in her the vision of empowering people and creating organizations in a completely new way. She brings this vision to life in the Edgeworker trainings together with Patrizia.
Possibility Management Trainer…started to work in the economy after a creative phase as cook and owner of a restaurant. As a leader in sales and services in various fields, e.g. in IT, air technology and alternative energy sources, it was always a matter of concern to him to provide the best benefits for the companies and their clients. During this time, he was very often confronted with limiting hierarchical corporate structures! As a Possibility Manager, Trainer and Coach he is committed to support companies, teams and employees to enhance their hidden potential, to strengthen personal responsibility and to create a new working culture for the benefit of all.
Possibility Management Trainer…worked as a leader in marketing for many years and accompanies since 1997 as a freelance trainer and coach executives in companies and social institutions in their personal and professional development. Supporting her clients in these various ways she observed that people are often able to move mountains while at the same time facing the limits of systems. The prevailing corporate culture significantly influences the climate in which people can either grow beyond themselves or stay small. Guided by her vision to enable evolution of human collaboration, it is her wish to empower Edgworkers with the tools of Possibility Management so that they can actively create together with their teams the change towards a sustainable future.
Possibility Management Trainer…worked for more than 10 years for German aerspace corporation and discovered on his personal research journey towards his vocation the possibility of starting all over as a globetrotter and backbacker and living his passion for nature as a tour guide in North America. When training today leaders and employees in companies he can sense that something new is needed. With clarity and exploratory spirit he supports organizations to use the group genius to invent themselves in a new way.
